You Said. We Did!
Buses: Wessex Connect’s U10 and First’s 8
You said: there was a problem getting to lectures on time if you lived in the Upper-Oldfield Park area without the aid of a direct bus service to campus.
We did: work with the local council (B&NES), and the University to come to an agreement and invite both bus service providers to run a 410-type service.
Both operators began to run their new services on the 11th of January.
Since the 11th of January some of you have already been using the two new bus services, Wessex Connect’s U10 and First’s 8 and the feedback I have received have been quite positive, which is fantastic news.
