After the announcement on the 4th of January, the nation is once again in a lockdown.
As in-person sport is yet again cancelled across the country, here are some of the awesome things we have for you to get involved virtually and in-person! Your wellbeing is incredibly important during this time, so have a look and see if any of these areas appeal, and could help you through this time!
Did you know....
You can exercise with a person outside of your household (and we can help connect you!)
With the current lockdown, the need for exercise and interaction with people is incredibly important. The current guidance allows one person to exercise outdoors once a day in a public place with one person from another household/bubble.
The exercise buddy scheme is back, after successfully pairing almost 100 people up in November. If you want to find someone outside of your household to exercise with in person, or online over lockdown! Get involved here
