Bath Entrepreneurs are calling all Bath students interested in entrepreneurship to join this year’s conference on the 11 November 2018.
‘BE Who Made It Happen’ is the third edition of BE’s annual conference on entrepreneurship and is focused on University of Bath graduates who set up new companies. The event is part of the activities organised by SU Enterprise.
An impressive line-up of Bath alumni from a range of backgrounds and industries will provide the audience with valuable insights on topics that include revolutionising an industry, building a unique brand, succeeding in equity crowdfunding, building a social enterprise, or building an international career. From influencer marketing in UK, yoga fashion in India, consultancy in Germany, to Africa as the new Silicon Valley, Bath Entrepreneurs promise a day packed with presentations and networking for a global audience.
Talking about the event, Holly Simmons, Marketing Officer for Bath Entrepreneurs says: ‘The main goal of Bath Entrepreneurs is to inspire and enable the community of students at Bath. Hearing stories of University of Bath alumni who went from sitting in the same lectures as us, to founding such innovative and successful businesses have always been a source of true inspiration. We are now bringing this inspiration to everyone on campus through an exceptional line-up of speakers who will share diverse insights and prove that anything is possible.'
Bath Entrepreneurs have previously won the SU Activities Award for Best Overall Event in two consecutive years with their annual conference and with Launchpad, a 24-hour hackathon.
