A huge thank you to Professor Phil Taylor, Vice Chancellor, University of Bath, for inviting a range of Postgraduate students to the latest VC Breakfast and giving us an opportunity to share our collective experiences with him.
All the students who attended the Breakfast are either part of the PGT Exec, Doctoral Exec, or members of SUmmit. The PG student experience can be very different from Undergraduates, and it's important to provide them with a platform to enhance their experience. All the students invited have actively participated in various meetings and ongoing conversations to address key issues to improve the PG Student Experience at Bath. This was an opportunity for them to be recognised and also to put forward these pressing issues to the Vice Chancellor directly.
We love all our reps, and the work they are doing is commendable, and we look forward to helping them to support in every step they take.
