The SU Bath presents... Comic Con 2026!

Whether you're a University of Bath adventurer or a Bath Spa University warrior, all students from Bath are welcome at our first ever Comic Con.

Featuring workshops and activities including:

  • Performances from Drag Dungeoneers.
  • Cosplay Competition with Anime and Manga Society and Bath Spa Cosplay Society.
  • Blood on the Clock Tower tournaments with TableTop society. 
  • Super Smash Bros tournaments with Bath Video Games Society
  • Craft activities from Bath Spa's K-Pop and Alternative Society
  • Themed treats from Food Soc
  • Workshops from Space Soc
  • Prizes!!!

Fancy dress is optional but encouraged!

Want to run an activity? Email supromotions@bath.ac.uk with your idea.

Tickets are £5 and include entry to the event and any activities. Some activities will require sign up and may be limited in space. You can book up to 2 tickets per person. You may bring a non-student guest but you must enter at the same time. You will need to bring your student ID for entry. Any questions please email supromotions@bath.ac.uk.

Accessibility Information

  • This is a relaxed event but some activities will be scheduled at specific times. A timetable will be sent out in advance.
  • You are not expected to speak, interact, or participate unless you choose to.
  • You can engage in activities at your own pace. 
  • The space may be busy. We can provide updated numbers of ticket holders by request.
  • There is no pressure to socialise.

Sensory and Accessibility Details

  • Noise: Low-level ambient noise from conversation, gentle activity and background music.
  • Lighting: Natural and indoor lighting. No flashing or strobe lights. Theatre lighting will be used in the Edge Theatre.
  • Food and Drink: The Corner Cafe will be open and student stalls will sell food. You are welcome to bring your own.
  • Access: The venue is wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and accessible toilets nearby. There is a lift to take you to activities on Level 2.
  • Seating: A mix of chairs and tables available depending on the area and activity.

Language PAL is an informal way to learn or develop language skills in a relaxed and friendly way. The sessions are run by students who are native, or near-native speakers of a particular language.
