An exciting opportunity to work as a ride attendant on our carousel ride based in Royal Victoria Park Bath.

Duties include :

• Safety checks
• Operation of ride
• Cleaning and maintaining the ride
• Opening and closing

Applicant must have good communication skills with an upbeat attitude, friendly and supportive, you will be working mainly with small children who use the ride so you must have an understanding of the health and safety required to ensure a safe environment for families to use the ride (training provided), you will carry out important safety procedures during operation and pre-opening of the ride to ensure safety is maintained.

Although full training will be provided, you must be able to perform at a consistent level during your working hours. This includes full attention to the ride when in motion - mobile phones are strictly prohibited during working hours, be present to customers and show assertiveness when guiding customers to their seats.

Bonus will include food and drink discounts at the nearby cafe.

Hours are 16-24 per week, in 8 hour shifts. Please ensure you do not work more than 20 hours per week suring term time.

Seasonal job April - October. We offer winter work which is weekends only.

Pay is minimum wage and there is an end of season bonus for workers who work for a whole season, attendance based.
