Scrumbles is a fast-growing UK pet food brand focused on natural, gut-friendly food for cats and dogs. We’re a small, passionate team that cares deeply about pets, sustainability and delivering great service to our customers.

The Role

We’re looking for two University of Bath students to join our Customer Happiness team and help respond to customer emails. The role is remote and designed to fit around your studies, with short 2–3 hour shifts spread across the week.

You’ll help ensure our customers get quick, friendly responses and support with any questions about our products or orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails in a friendly and helpful tone
• Answer questions about products, orders, and delivery
• Help resolve customer issues or escalate when needed
• Maintain Scrumbles’ positive and supportive brand voice

What We’re Looking For

• Current University of Bath student
• Excellent written English
• Friendly, empathetic communication style
• Organised and reliable
• Comfortable working independently
• Love of pets is a bonus ????

Training Day

Successful applicants will be invited to an all-expenses-paid training day in London where you’ll meet the Scrumbles team and learn how we support our customers. Travel to London and lunch will be covered. The day will include:

• Introduction to Scrumbles and our products
• Customer service training
• Writing great customer responses
• Practice responding to real customer emails
