Nocaps is a new startup that helps founders and product teams validate their ideas before they build them. Instead of guessing whether an idea will work, Nocaps tests it with real people and real ad spend - so you know what's actually worth building. We're heading to Bath Digital Festival 2026 (BDF26) on 19 May and we need two brilliant people to help us make some noise.

What you'll do:

• Start conversations with festival attendees about design, AI and startup culture
• Hand out Nocaps branded merchandise
• Represent the brand with energy, warmth and curiosity
• No hard selling — just good chat and genuine enthusiasm

You are:

• A student in design, research, UX or a related field
• Confident and great with people
• Interested in startups, products and the design world
• Available all day Monday 19 May in Bath

What you get:

• £120 for the day (~8 hours)
