Location: Frome & Trowbridge Distilleries + Events (within 2-hour radius of Frome)

Hours: Minimum 12 hours per week

Contract: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)

Working Days: Must be available Fridays & Saturdays

About Us

Still Sisters is a female-founded, small-batch distillery creating premium spirits with a strong focus on community, collaboration and experience. Alongside our distilleries in Frome and Trowbridge, we host events, tastings and pop-ups that bring our brand to life and connect people through great drinks. This year, we celebrate Friary Drinks' 30th anniversary, our sister brand that led us to Still Sisters.

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, proactive and creative individual to join our small, female-led team in a hands-on, people-focused role.

This is a dual-site and events-based position where no two days are the same. You’ll be behind the bar crafting cocktails, hosting tastings, leading shifts, and heading out to events to bring the Still Sisters experience to life.

You’ll be the face of the brand! Creating memorable moments, building genuine connections, and making sure every customer leaves feeling part of something special.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as a Brand Ambassador at events, festivals and pop-ups.
• Creating a fun, welcoming and engaging experience for every customer
• Host tastings and confidently deliver our distillery experiences (including following and bringing scripts to life naturally)
• Supporting bar service and crafting cocktails across both distilleries
• Working independently and confidently running solo shifts when required
• Managing stock, maintaining cleanliness and keeping spaces looking their best
• Setting up, maintaining and packing down event activations (including bars and equipment), following all health & safety guidelines
• Driving between Frome, Trowbridge and event locations
• Capturing engaging photo and video content during shifts for social media

• Passionate about drinks, experiences and small business culture
• Confident capturing content on a phone for social media
• Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-moving small business environment, with the ability to respond positively as priorities and plans evolve
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays (essential)
• 18+ (essential)

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous bar, hospitality or events experience
• Cocktail knowledge or interest in spirits
• Experience in customer-facing brand roles or activations
• Experience with social media within a business
