There are two common reasons why you might not be able to log in to BathStudent.com. Please can you check you have done the following:

  1. Fully completed Registration Online, including committing to pay the course fees. The finance office need written confirmation of your student loan amount. Please email the finance office on stu-fin@bath.ac.uk or call (0)1225 383045 for more information. You will not be able to access Bathstudent.com until you have a tick on every section of Registration Online, including fees.
  2. Waited at least 48 hours. Once you have completed Registration Online fully, it can take two to three days for the BathStudent.com account to become active, although your other university accounts should be active in around 24 hours. Please use the single sign on log in which appears after you click log in at the top of the BathStudent.com home page.
