- Isabella Eng (Chair of Disability Action Group)
- Sofiia Furman (Secretary of Disability Action Group)
- Kascey Bunney (Publicity Officer of Disability Action Group)
- Lauren Wright (Chair of Feminism and Gender Equality)
- Val Daley (Chair of LGBT+)

- Ella James (Chair of 93% Club)
- Eve Loveridge (Media Officer of 93% Club)
- Emma Ogborn (Chair of Mature Students Group)
- Anders Ong (Chair of Race Equality Group)
- Oye Okoampah (Chair of African Caribbean Society)
Each of these individuals has displayed great passion and dedication in representing and advocating for students with protected characteristics. Their work spans many initiatives, including celebrating cultural heritage through food, lobbying the university to improve accessibility, and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth within their groups. Collectively, they illustrate how student advocacy and inclusive leadership can lead to real change both at the university and student level. It is important that the Vice-Chancellor recognises the student involvement and development of EDI at the University on a more personal level to ensure to recognition of this work.
Here are some quotes from the attendees:
Ella James - “A great opportunity to raise awareness to the pro vice chancellor and vice chancellor about the 93% club and the importance of supporting state educated students at Bath”
Val Daley - “It was nice to have a relaxed environment where we could still have those important advocacy and discussion with breakfast”
Charlotte Harrison - “Really good that the VC and PVC engaged with the students from various groups to hear their issues and to discuss how to create connection from the bottom to the top”
Isobel Jordan-Shone - “I think it’s great that senior leadership is so receptive of issues students find important”
