RAG's Big 4 charities for 2023-24

Katherine Everton

development

Students have voted for the next RAG Big 4 charities to support in the 2023-24 academic year! They are:

1. Wicked Weather Watch
2. Heswall Disabled Children's Holiday Fund
3. St Mungo's
4. Action for Children

RAG (Raise & Give), the Universty's student-led fundraising group, gives all students the opportunity each year to have a say in who they support, reflecting students' wish to support different types of charity - from large well-know charities to smaller local ones. From charities helping to tackle the climate crisis, or ones offering support to children, or more vulnerable members of society.

RAG is delighted with the variety of causes that they can support this year, with a charity which provides aid to homeless people, two charities who help children, and one which backs climate-postive action.

The current RAG Big 4 charities are Off The Record, Teenage Helpline, 1st Impressions and FoodCycle Bath and all funds raised up to 31st July 2023 will continue to go to them. Big 4 (thesubath.com)
