WHAT WE OFFER
Join us for weekly Pilates sessions to help you improve strength, flexibility and posture in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Our classes will be catered to all levels (beginner to advanced) so you can feel comfortable and challenged at your own pace.
As a member, you'll also have access to one-off events/collaborations with a range of local studios.
WHAT TO BRING
We will provide mats for all sessions, but feel free to bring your own if you'd prefer!
