Ingredients:

  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Leek
  • Siracha
  • Miso
  • Marmite
  • Veggie stock
  • Spinach
  • Tofu

 

Directions:

  1. Mix the miso, vegetable stock and marmite with a splash of hot water to create a well-combined paste.
  2. Add hot water until you get a soup.
  3. Chop up the carrots and add to the pot.
  4. When partially cooked, add chopped sweet potato, potato, broccoli and leek.
  5. Once tender (about 5 minutes before done), add spinach and tofu.
