Bath Angling Society
Bath Angling Society is an angling-focused student-led society bringing fishing to Bath. Our mission is to make angling at Bath more accessible, ambitious, and community-driven.
BAS is for anglers of all kinds — Freshwater, fly, sea, whatever your rod of choice — and anyone who wants to be part of Bath's growing fishing scene. We're creating a space for regular sessions on the river and canal, day trips further afield, and student-led fishing trips. Whether you've been fishing since you could walk or you've never held a rod, our aim is to make angling feel welcoming, relaxed, and open.
Bath's rivers and canals have always drawn keen anglers, even without a formal fishing club to bring them together. Our society is here to give that community a home, and to help angling grow even further on campus.
