About Us
Welcome to the Bath Engineering Society! ⚙️
We're a brand-new society bringing together engineers from every discipline at Bath. Whether you're a first-year finding your feet or a final-year thinking about what's next, this is a place to meet people outside your course, have fun, and get a bit more out of your degree!
What we do
• Socials: pub quizzes, bar nights, game nights, and a big end-of-term ball
• Industry events: talks from engineers and companies, CV and internship tips, and networking opportunities
• Hands-on sessions: build challenges, workshops, and site visits
• Support: advice from older students on modules, placements, and surviving an engineering degree!
You don't need to be an engineering student to join. If you're curious about how things work, come along!
How to join
1. Buy the £3 Society Area Membership on the SU website
2. Then hit "Join" on this page!
Members get access to members-only tickets and event sign-ups, like our coveted Engineering Summer Ball.
