This classic exercise class is hugely popular at the Team Bath Gym & Fitness Centre – join Mike or Sam for a high-energy, whole body workout that hits all the major muscles and can improve your overall fitness. Tailor the workout to suit your fitness level and use everyday household objects like cans of food to add resistance to some of the exercises.

This is one of two coached sessions by our senseis! We will be going through Karate basics (Kihon), some very practical self defense training including some grappling, and our main part of the session, Kata! (forms). Come along and try this session!

Come explore the local trails. Normally a longer (8-10km ish) and shorter group (5-7km) and sometimes an injured/ just starting group (2-3km @ 8min/km) Bring a headtorch!

Join us in 8W2.30 for our weekly TCGs session! TCGs involve building a deck of many different cards, then competing against other players and their decks. The society can supply decks to allow everyone to get involved, or bring your own!
