What is Secret Cinema?
Join the signature mystery movie night where the film stays a surprise until the projection hits the screen. Led and ran by the amazing Bath University Film Society, experience watching a film you've never seen before or rewatch an absolute classic alongside like-minded people within our amazing Edge Theatre facility. You can sit back and totally relax as you take in a fantastic film whilst making lots of new friends in the process. If you want an alternative to an Arena Night, this is a fantastic option. This night will host the Comedy Secret Cinema, so be ready for lots of laughing, funny acting and an enjoyable atmosphere.
This event is open to ALL freshers and you do not need a ticket to attend! There is a capacity on the event so we recommend getting to the event in good time to find a seat. You will be required to check in upon arrival so please bring your student card with you.

Accessibility Information - What can I expect from this event?
This event will take place in The Edge Theatre. A Comedy film will be projected onto a big screen and sound will be heard out of the speakers in the Edge Theatre. The Theatre has comfy, padded seating to allow for as much comfort as possible. The event will be mildly busy so noise levels are undetermined, however big speakers will project the sound during the movie so may be loud within the theatre. The Theatre has full wheelchair access as there are both steps and a ramp leading to the building entrance, complemented by double-width, automatic doors. The first row of seating in these spaces is wheelchair accessible. Accessible (and gender-neutral) toilet facilities are available within the building. Any questions, queries or concerns you may have before, during or after the film, our Freshers’ Week Captains are there to help.
