What is The Postgraduate Quiz? 

We know your smart, you’re a postgrad, but are you smart enough to survive these questions. It’ll test your brain power, but you’ve got help. OTHER POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS! Get down to the Edge for a fun and amusing evening of question answering, plenty of smiles and good vibes. You can turn up on your own or with other postgraduates, either way you’ll be split into even teams and compete for the bragging rights of ‘The Postgraduate Quiz Champions!’. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet your fellow postgrads early in the week and build fantastic and long-lasting relationships whilst more importantly, working together towards a common goal. A quiz of many categories so it is really for everyone. Can you bring your team to victory?  

This event is open to Postgraduates only and you do not need a ticket to attend! There will be a small fee on the door to enter the quiz. You may be required to check in upon arrival so please bring your student card with you.

Accessibility Information - What can I expect from this event? 

This event will take place in The Edge Foyer and Event Space. This is the space as soon as you enter the Edge Building. The area of the event will have seating. The event will be mildly busy so noise levels are undetermined, speakers will project the quiz master as they host so may be levels of loud noise due to this. The Edge has full wheelchair access as there are both steps and a ramp leading to the building entrance, complemented by double-width, automatic doors. Accessible (and gender-neutral) toilet facilities are available within the building. Any questions, queries or concerns you may have before, during or after, our Freshers’ Week Captains are there to help.
