Who doesn’t love a casual evening, indulging in some of the best rich wine and cheeses? Go on a journey with your tastebuds as you try a wide selection of exquisite wines expertly paired with an assortment of delectable cheeses, all while mingling and getting to know more about your fellow wine enthusiasts. This event is exclusively for postgraduate students, it will allow for a very relaxing evening as you learn more about the amazing wines and cheeses you will get the option to try. The SU respects and encourages everyone to set their own volume. Postgrads, we’d love to see you there. This is an event widely regarded as one of the best Postgrad exclusive events, so don’t miss out on what is in store.
This event is ticketed and open to Postgraduates only. Tickets are priced at £TBC and will be on sale here from Wednesday 2 September. You will be required to check in upon arrival so please bring your student card with you. Capacity is limited so purchase early to avoid missing out. All tickets are non refundable. Accessibility Information - What can I expect from this event?
This event will take place in the Edge Event Space. You can expect alcohol and food to be served, due to this we may ask you to supply us with a valid photographic ID to gain access to the event, see Acceptable forms of ID in the UK in the UK for more information. The event will be mildly busy so noise levels are undetermined. This is due to potential capacity of students alongside events that will occur in spaces that surround where noise may bleed in. The Edge has full wheelchair access as there are both steps and a ramp leading to the building entrance, complemented by double-width, automatic doors. Accessible (and gender-neutral) toilet facilities are available within the building. Transport routes such as buses run till late so can be accessible to get back home easily from the Bus Arrival Square.
