In this Webinar we will be showing a trailer compilation of clips from previous shows so you can see what we have been up to over the last few years. Previous shows have included Frankenstein, All My Sons, Posh, Romeo and Juliet and also a student-written pantomime An Apple’s Kiss. We perform in both theatres in the Edge as well as some spaces in town such as The Mission Theatre and The Museum of Bath at Work over the course of the academic year, from Returners’ Show in October to the Bath Fringe Festival in June.

After this, we will give you guys a quick introduction to committee and our roles and fill you in on what we normally do during the year.  Along with shows we have weekly workshops run by society members and professionals, ranging from audition techniques to puppetry – there’s something for everyone! There are also weekly socials which can be anything from a meal at a burger joint to watching our friends from the musicals society (BUSMS) perform. We will also show you some of the alternatives we have planned over the summer to abide with government guidelines given the current situation with social distancing. After this we will run through some frequently asked questions – such as “Do I need to have done Drama before uni?” – spoiler: the answer is no, anyone is welcome! Finally, we will open up the floor for a Q&A session to answer any questions you guys may have about what we do. There are plenty of opportunities for you guys to get involved – including a virtual Murder Mystery on the 25th! This will be first come first served, with a sign-up link below. To keep up to date with socials, shows and more make sure to follow our socials listed below– can’t wait to meet you all!
