JazzSoc Open Jam Session
Join us at The Tub for our first open jam. The house band opens with a 30-minute set, then it's over to you. Sign up on arrival and we'll form bands on the night, with Real Books and iRealPro available to choose tunes from. The house band closes the evening with a short set.
Players should be intermediate or above and comfortable reading lead sheets and improvising over changes. Listeners are very welcome. Drums, keys, amps, mics and stands are provided, so just bring your instrument.
Thursday 1st October, 7:30pm. It's free, and you don't need to be a member.
