Our House AP is a small, therapeutic Alternative Provision supporting young people who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, SEMH needs, or difficulties accessing mainstream education. We believe that strong relationships, a nurturing environment, and meaningful experiences create the foundation for positive change.

We are looking for a Mentor to join our team, supporting students both on-site and within the local community. You will build trusted relationships, help young people develop confidence and resilience, and support them to engage in learning, life skills, outdoor activities and personal development opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, patient and compassionate.
• Can build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
• Is adaptable, proactive and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors.
• Has an understanding of social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Shares our belief that every young person can succeed with the right support.
• Holds a full driving license and access to a car (essential).
