£12.75 per hour + bonus, Zero-hours

We’re looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join the team at The Drawing Rooms.  Our team is made up mostly of students and ex-students, some of whom have been with us 2 years+.

Cocktail experience is essential for this one. You need to be comfortable making a good range of cocktails, working at speed and being able to handle a busy bar without falling apart when everything comes at you at once.

Personality is a big thing for us too. We’re a busy, social venue and don’t want someone who just stands behind the bar waiting to take the next order. We’re looking for someone confident, friendly and good with people, someone who enjoys having a laugh with customers and being part of the atmosphere.

This is an all-rounder role, so although you’ll mainly be behind the bar, you’ll also be expected to get involved wherever needed. That could mean helping the floor, looking after tables or jumping in to support the rest of the team during busy periods.

• Previous cocktail bartending experience is essential

• Able to work quickly and stay calm when it’s busy
• Good with customers and comfortable talking to people

• A team player who doesn’t mind getting stuck into whatever needs doing
• Reliable and happy working evenings and weekends
