The role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll help bring our residence community to life. You'll get hands-on support from our Sales Executive, who'll guide you through the brand awareness side of the role, and you'll use your knowledge of the building and its residents to plan and deliver the social events that bring everyone together. You'll also be a friendly, familiar face for enquiries about room bookings and general questions from new and existing residents. We're looking for a genuine self-starter - someone who's always thinking about how to make the resident experience even better.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and responding to booking enquiries, and keeping the wider team in the loop on leads.
• Helping plan and deliver resident events and social activities that build community.
• Attending sales-focused events and meetings to support student engagement.
• Promoting the residence through social media content and word of mouth.
• Getting to grips with our CRM system and the booking journey.
• Supporting the site team at key times, like arrivals and open days.
• Gathering resident feedback to help us keep improving.
• Making sure every interaction reflects our brand standards.
• Working with the Marketing and Sales teams to align events with the site's sales strategy.
• Getting involved in live viewings and content-gathering activities for agents and partners, plus other ad-hoc admin as needed.

What we're looking for

• A current student, ideally living on site or familiar with the residence.
• A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, a relaxed style and an approachable manner.
• Someone with a genuine passion for the student experience and for social and wellbeing events.
• Comfortable being filmed and filming others, with a basic knowledge of content creation for social media.
• An interest in social media and marketing - advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.

Pay and hours

This is a zero hours, part time role, designed to fit around your academic commitments. Hours are agreed flexibly with the Operations Manager in line with the events calendar and sales strategy. £12.71 Hourly
