Then the Meditation Society may be the place for you. Our society meets every week on Tuesday evenings. Come along to one of our sessions, they are a great opportunity to learn how to meditate and gain some insight into the thoughts and emotions you have.

Our teacher, Sharon Collins, is an experienced meditator and mindfulness practitioner who has been leading the sessions at MedSoc for many years. Based in Bath, Sharon has spent eleven years studying meditation (primarily based on Buddhist scripture), and has been teaching for nine years. Her classes are relaxed, informal, and accessible to all. Based on personal experience, she shares the benefits of meditation and mindfulness with her students, and gives practical guidance on how they can apply them in their own lives, in order to enhance their mental well-being, improve their relationships, and perform to their full potential.
