  • 96.2% Undergrads  

  • We need to push postgrad club membership 

  • May be able speak to the SU to improve postgrad uptake  

  • This year we have  

  • Created a postgrad group chat  

  • Postgrad session in freshers  

  • Close to 50/50 split for males/females 

  • 92.3% UK students 

  • We may be able to improve this by being included on the international student newsletter  

  • Large fresher intake this year 

  • Disability inclusivity  

  • We should reshare the welfare and inclusivity officer (Helene Rittscher) so people know who to contact  

  • Which activities do people participate in? 

  • Climbing appears to be highest followed by walking, orienteering, and winter mountaineering 

  • People are happy with how well the club communicates  

  • Feedback on what the club has done well 

  • People think we generally did better in inclusivity  

  • Better in communication / event advertising  

  • Good socials  

  • Variety of events  

  • Good club stash  

  • Nice feedback on trips  

  • Feedback on what the club could improve upon  

  • More advance warning of trips  

  • Too many messages on the chats  

  • Better treatment of committee (responsibilities on trips could be clearer) 

  • More opportunities for advanced mountaineering skills (outside of ISB) 

  • We have pencilled in some learn to trad
