In 2015 the Students' Union ran a large research project on postgraduates, Inside the Postgraduate Experience, made up focus groups on a range of key issues with groups of PGTs and PGRs.
These structured interviews give a detailed narrative on the postgraduate experience, and the project also looked at survey data (mostly PRES and PTES), at policy in practice affecting postgraduates at the University of Bath and comparator universities, especially the GW4 universities (Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter).
Each topic offers a series of recommendations to develop that area of the postgraduate experience.
