SUmmit brings together student leaders from across The SU to discuss the issues affecting students, develop ideas and campaigns, and help shape the future of student voice at Bath.
As a SUmmit member, you can:
- Shape SU Standpoints - discuss and agree recommendations that can become Students’ Union positions on important issues.
- Raise the issues that matter to you - bring ideas, concerns and topics affecting students to the table.
- Hold your SU Officers to account - hear updates from Officers, ask questions and provide insight into their work.
- Connect with other student leaders - work with students from different communities, courses and groups across the University.
- Help influence the student experience - contribute your perspective to discussions about the issues affecting students at Bath.
You don't need to be an expert in student politics or know everything about The SU to get involved. SUmmit brings together students with different experiences and perspectives, creating a space where every voice can be heard.

Nominations open: Wednesday 23 September 2026, 12:00
Nominations close: Monday 5 October 2026, 12:00
Voting opens: Wednesday 7 October 2026, 12:00
Voting closes: Monday 12 October 2026, 12:00
By-Elections
If positions remain vacant after the main election, a by-election will take place.
