What we do

We are a club for everyone interested in padel, regardless of previous experience or ability. We hope to provide a competitive yet enjoyable space for all, with our committee dedicated to maintaining an inclusive and welcoming environment so that students can: learn & develop sports skills, meet new people, have fun!

What we offer

We offer bi-weekly recreational sessions which we hope to develop into an Internal Padel League. These sessions will be student-led and cater to all skill levels, with training and officiating managed internally.

We provide equipment (rackets & balls) to all participants, included in the price of membership.

Sessions will take place at The Padel Team Bristol, 1 Barrow Rd, Bristol BS5 0HU, with weekly socials occurring back in Bath every Wednesday. Alongside this, we hope to offer unique social sessions complete with a DJ and more at our Halloween, Christmas, and Easter training sessions.

Try us out at our free taster session on Wednesday 1st October 2025! Sessions will then commence on a bi-weekly basis, with our first formal practice occurring on 15th October.

Come and meet us

We will be running a free taster session on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at The Padel Team Bristol; come along and try us out!

Socials

The Padel Club hopes to be very socially active, organising weekly socials in Bath paired with specialised social sessions at our training ground in Bristol.

(DISCLAIMER - In line with University expectations and the inclusive culture present in the Padel Club, no member will ever be forced to drink alcohol at any of our socials).

Locations and Times

All training sessions will occur at The Padel Team Bristol, 1 Barrow Rd, Bristol BS5 0HU, from 14:00-16:00.

The Padel Club does not yet offer transport to its members, but we recommend various means of reaching the training ground:

1. Personal vehicle use/carpooling - suitable for experienced drivers with insurance.
