Guest accounts

When registering as a guest, the information you provide will be held on the MSL system and will be deleted 2 years after you last log in. You can also ask us to delete your data.

Your details will not be shared and we will not contact you unless it relates to something you have actively done (such as the purchase of a ticket or product).

Job advertisers

When registering to post a job advert, the information you provide will be held on the MSL system and will be anonymised after 2 years.

We may contact you after a while to see if you have any other opportunities you would like to promote through us.  You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Volunteering organisers

When registering to post a volunteer opportunity, the information you provide will be held on the MSL system and will be anonymised after 2 years of inactivity.

We may contact you if you’ve been inactive for a while, to see if you have any other opportunities you would like to promote.  You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
