Homework Club

Role: Homework Club Resource Volunteer

The role:

We are working to collect resources to be used in our Homework Club once it is running in-person again! The students that attend are aged 9-17, thus we are collating resources for KS2 (Year 5/6), KS3 (Year 7/8/9), GCSE (foundation and higher) and some A-level.

Your role would involve collecting/downloading the resources from the age category that you have selected and put them onto a word document (that can be converted to PDF) which can be used online or printed and used in the future. The resources can be downloaded from a range of sources – we will provide you with these links to websites or resource banks. If you have any alternative sources that you would like to suggest to us, please do so!

This opportunity can be logged on the SU website – it counts the number of hours that you have volunteered and adds them to your Volunteering Profile so you are recognised by the SU for your hard work.

Suitability:

Anyone who is able to commit to roughly one hour of volunteering a week in March.

Further details and how to apply:

Please apply for this role on the SU's Volunteering Opportunities page here.

We are starting this project by collecting Mathematics resouces but are anticipating to do this for other core subjects such as English Language and the Sciences – please register your interest with us by emailing su-bathstar@bath.ac.uk if you are interested!
