Students can purchase one student ticket or one student and one guest ticket. Guest tickets are for non-University of Bath Students only and can only be purchased by someone who has purchased/is purchasing a student ticket.
Please only buy tickets for yourselves and one other non-student guest, do not purchase tickets for other students.
Your ticket price includes a free drink on arrival from our sponsors Thatchers as well as a reusable cup which you will be given upon arrival. You can switch this out for a new cup or token on any bar throughout the night. Cups are non-refundable.
*As a Students’ Union we can get tax relief on some events for our members, which we do for the Summer Ball. Unfortunately, this does not apply to tickets sold to anyone who isn’t a student at Bath, and therefore the price is higher for guests as VAT applies.
Tickets will come via email as an e-Ticket but this will need to be exchanged in advance for a wristband from The Tub. You can not gain entry on the night without a wristband.
Wristband collection:
You can collect your wristband between - Tuesday 26 May – Thursday 28 May 12:00 – 15:00 from The Tub. Please bring your QR ticket with you.
If you can’t make the collection dates, a friend can collect your wristband for you, please make sure they have your QR Code and an email stating you’re happy for them to collect on their behalf.
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and we can’t replace lost wristbands so please look after them upon collection.
Ticket Resale
We do not encourage any form of ticket resale, if you can no longer attend the event then please do not sell your ticket for higher than the cost price.
If you are purchasing a ticket from someone else, we advise you to be very cautious of your approach as we have had incidences in the past where tickets have already been re-deemed upon collection. The SU does not have any liability for tickets that have been re-sold.
