What We Do

The University of Bath Cricket Club offers opportunities for cricketers of all abilities to develop their games and represent the university. We operate three Men's teams in the BUCS Leagues and one Ladies' team in BUCS. We also have one side in the BUCS Indoor League for both Men and Ladies which ensures competition over the winter. Recreational players are given the chance to represent the club in the Bath Indoor Cricket League and a social outdoor side is in development. Anyone is able to enter the university-wide Indoor Cricket tournament in February which is a lot of fun and a good fund raiser for the club. With an array of social opportunities as well, Cricket pushes the boundaries so that we meet every student's needs on and off the pitch.

Reasons to Join Us

The University of Bath Cricket Club is one of the biggest clubs in the university with one of the largest student memberships. We provide state of the art facilities and have apointed a coach this year, Rob Maggs, who will make an impact on both men's and ladies cricket over the coming year.

Anyone can train at least twice a week (Mondays and Fridays) while there are also fitness sessions (Mondays) and further training slots for BUCS players (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

We have themed socials every other Wednesday which culminate in attending the on-campus event SCORE! Lots of people attend these as just social members, so you don't have to perform with bat or ball to come!
