Bath Active - Black History Month Kickball Session

Join us for a fun Kickball session to celebrate the Black History Month. 

Make sure you wear comfy clothes, appropriate shoes and don't forget to bring your water bottles!

The rules for the game are as follow:

• Two teams: one kicks, one fields.
• Objective: score more runs than the other team.
• Kicker: kicks a ball rolled by the pitcher.
• After kicking: run to 1st → 2nd → 3rd → home.
• Score: reaching home safely = 1 run.
• Catch: if the fielding team catches the ball before it bounces, the kicker is out.
• Force out: a fielder gets the ball to the required base before the runner arrives.
• Tag out: a fielder touches the runner with the ball while they are off a base.
• Strikes: depending on the rules, 3 strikes = out.
• Fouls: kicking outside the fair area may count as a foul/strike.
• Outs: usually 3 outs and teams switch between kicking and fielding.
• Winning: the team with the most runs at the end wins.
