Activity companion or support worker to a young lad with Down syndrome

Are you fun, outgoing, and looking for a rewarding part-time job where you can genuinely make a difference? We’re looking for a friendly, kind, positive gentle, outgoing and reliable male (or possibly female) companion to support a 19-year-old fun-loving young man with Down syndrome. He is very sporty, gentle, full of humour, and loves getting out and about. This role is all about friendship, encouragement, and enjoying activities together.

Rate:
£14.00 plus entrance fees and petrol allowance if going out for a day trip e.g. to a theme park etc.

16 flexible hours a week in every college holiday, plus an option of adding on 4 hours on a Saturday once a month.
