Training times are as follows, and all players should do their best to attend all sessions; only by training will you improve and avoid the dreaded hill sprints!

Tuesday 9-10pm - Fitness session (non-kitted, non-contact), STV indoor sprint track

Thursday 7:30-10pm - Full-contact technical session, Floodlight training area - grass behind astro pitches

Sunday - Gameday! However, when we don't have a game, we will hold an additional technical session (kitted contact). This will be on the Astroturf pitches, with times to be confirmed closer to the date of the session.

On Wednesday afternoons we also have a Strength & Conditioning session with James Normanshaw, a fully-qualified fitness coach who's worked with the University of VIrginia's athletes over in America.
