Those looking to join get involved with performance endurance are encouraged to meet with coach Martin Rush on Monday 4th October at 19:00 (at the indoor track) to discuss plans for the year. Any questions please contact me at email@example.com.
Those interested in joining Colin Bovell’s performance sprint group are expected to have met one qualifying time of 10.9 (100m), 22.2 (200m) and 50.0 (400m) for men or 12.3 (100m), 25.7 (200m) and 57 (400m) for women. 400mh athletes can ask Colin directly who can be contacted firstname.lastname@example.org.
