- TASTER SESSIONS -

Keen to know what athletics at Bath is like? Come along to one of the taster sessions to find out more!

Recreational Endurance:

Wednesday 29th September 17:30-18:30, meet at indoor track (session on outdoor track)

Monday 4th October 18:00-19:00, meet at indoor track (session on outdoor track)

Wednesday 6th October 17:30-18:30, meet at Limekiln field (directions will be posted on the University of Bath Endurance Running Facebook group)

Recreational Sprints:

Wednesday 29th September 17:30-18:30, meet at indoor track

Monday 4th October 18:00-19:00, meet at indoor track

Wednesday 6th October 17:30-18:30, meet at indoor track

Performance Endurance:

Those looking to join get involved with performance endurance are encouraged to meet with coach Martin Rush on Monday 4th October at 19:00 (at the indoor track) to discuss plans for the year. Any questions please contact me at jms208@bath.ac.uk.

Performance Sprints:

Those interested in joining Colin Bovell’s performance sprint group are expected to have met one qualifying time of 10.9 (100m), 22.2 (200m) and 50.0 (400m) for men or 12.3 (100m), 25.7 (200m) and 57 (400m) for women. 400mh athletes can ask Colin directly who can be contacted atcb267@bath.ac.uk.

Long Jump & Triple Jump:

Interested in horizontal jumps? The recommended guidelines to join Paul Weston's performance group which commences training on 12th October are as follows:

Men:

LJ: 6.40m

TJ: 12.80m

Women:

LJ: 5.30m

TJ: 10.50m
