The University of Bath Athletics Club is part of the Student Union (SU) Sports department at the University and follows the policies as outlined in the link below:

All HR policies relating to SU staff are held by the Universtiy as the legal employer.

Being part of the England Athletics group we also follow their safeguarding policy, more information is given on their portal for competitive members interested. 

Every affiliated club needs to follow the UKA & HCAF Club Safeguarding Code of Conduct. On the portal there are 2 boxes for you to tick to confirm – “that our club agrees to the overall Club Code of Conduct” and “all club members have signed up to the code of conduct”.
