Qualififed student coaches lead sessions twice a week – Mondays at 6pm and Wednesdays at 5:30pm – for athletes across a range of abilities. We try and cater for everyone, from the beginner to people trying to improve their general fitness or people training for track, cross country or road races.
All students who run these sessions are qualified coaches and there are typically 3 coaches at a session which allows the groups to be split so that everyone is running with athletes of a similar ability. Sessions can be on the track or a field around campus.
