Sessions will take place either in the Combat Arena at Dartmouth Avenue or in the Sports Training Village. Check each session for details:

Monday

8:30pm - 10:00pm, Sports Training Village.

  • For beginners who wish to learn and members who wish to train and improve technique

Tuesday

6:00pm - 8:00pm, Dartmouth.

  • Open for personal training and practice. There will be no coach, but the area is open and equipment available.

Wednesday

4:00pm - 5:30pm, Dartmouth.

  • Fitness and Skills for all members (fortnightly sessions women only)

20:00pm - 21:30pm, Sports Training Village.

  • For beginners who wish to learn and members who wish to train and improve technique

Friday

6:15pm - 7:45pm, Dartmouth.

  • Fitness and Skills for all members 

Saturday

12:00pm - 14:00pm, Dartmouth.

  • Open for personal training and practice. There will be no coach, but the area is open and equipment available.
