Our most-popular events continue to be our social karting events. For the 2023–24 academic year, these will be our marquee freshers', Christmas and Easter events, as well as our semi-competitive internal karting championship: the UOBKC!

We predominantly split our social karting events between TeamSport Bristol and M4 Karting, and endeavour to price our events at around £1 per minute of racing, with a £5 discount for club members. All transport to and from our social karting events will be provided for free by the club.

The 2023–24 academic year will mark the return of our semi-competitive internal karting championship: the University of Bath Karting Championship (UOBKC)!

The championship will take place over 5 rounds across the academic year, bringing back the competitive edge our social karting events have lacked since the pandemic. Every driver who competes in a round will receive championship points, and will only be scored on their 4 best rounds so you don't have to worry about missing a round or having an off-day.

There will also be a separate rookie class for drivers who have not been members of the club prior to this year, to keep things competitive for our newer drivers.

As with all our events, updates and news pertaining to the UOBKC will be announced on our Instagram and WhatsApp — links to which are on our Linktree.
