The University of Bath Rowing Club caters for a wide range of abilities, from recreational rowing all the way through to International and Olympic success!
Senior Squads
With at least 1 year rowing experience you can join our senior squads, who train and compete throughout the year. The squad is separated into Men's and Women's squads but everyone does the same training programme.
This is a highly competitive “club” group trains at least twice a day, 6 days a week. Most training will be done together and will consist of a mixture of water sessions, weights and ergs. Early in the season there will be a focus on technical skills and getting everyone moving with the same style of rowing stroke before building the miles up in crews through the winter.
