10.30-11.00	Welcome & Opening Plenary SU Officers Pro-Vice-Chancellor Student Experience Pro-Vice-Chancellor Education	Your SU Officers will officially welcome you to the SU Student Voice Conference.  Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) Julian Chaudhuri and Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience) Cassie Wilson will be running this plenary session, looking at what you think the Bath experience could look like in years to come. What should the University be looking to introduce, develop or change about the current offer? This quick-fire interactive session will be an opportunity for you as student representative leaders to shape some of the current conversations about strategic development and what University life might look like in a decade or more.

16.00-16.30	Closing Remarks	Your SU Officers will officially close the conference.

Quiet Room and Facilities

We know that conferences can be tiring and overwhelming for some so we have a dedicated quiet room space where you can go throughout the day until 16.00. This will be CB 5.7.

Toilets are available on each floor of the building including accessible and gender neutral.

Filming and photography

We will be taking photos and videos throughout the day, if you do not wish to be in the photos or videos please notify the photographer/videographer or a member of the Voice Team.

Refreshments

We will have tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks available throughout the day next to conference registration desk in the Level 2 foyer until 16.00. Come and help yourself when you need a pick me up.

Lunch will be provided 12.00-13.00 and your lanyard will specify the room for you to go to (unfortunately we couldn't have everyone in the same room due to room capacities).

Any leftover fresh food at the end of the day which cannot be used for future events (tea/coffee/packaged biscuits etc) will be available for anyone to wishes to take it at the end of the day from the refreshment table on Level 2.

Water fountains are available throughout the building so do bring along your water bottle.

Registration Desk

There will be members of the SU Voice Team available at the registration desk until 16.15 if you have any questions or need assistance. Any lost items on the day will be taken to the Registration Desk and then taken to Security in the Library at the end of the day.
