Decisions relating to awarding students through the Volunteer Recognition Scheme will be made on a case by case basis by the SU President, Skills & Development Coordinator and Deputy Chief Executive. The staff member or Officer that you include on your application form as staff contact will be consulted when confirming decisions made by the panel.

We can only accept applications during the scheme’s opening period. Therefore applications that are received after the closing date will not be accepted. Any changes in circumstances should be notified via email to su-leaders@bath.ac.uk and addressed to the Skills & Development Coordinator, who will consider the changes in situation with the Officer and support staff for the area(s).

Appeals can be made via email to su-leaders@bath.ac.uk and should be addressed to the Skills & Development Coordinator, clearly stating the reasons why you feel you should be recognised through the scheme.
