Team Chalk offer weekly training sessions for all our members, and all abilities. These two-hour sessions will allow you to train alongside your fellow team members under the watchful eye of our friendly, qualified weightlifting and powerlifting coaches, who are here to provide guidance on technique, cues and help you get the most out of your training and our fantastic sports!


These sessions are open to every ability, regardless of whether you are a complete beginner or a more experienced lifter. We run multiple powerlifting and weightlifting sessions per week, held in the jumps and throws hall in the STV.
