Team Chalk are proud to offer their members coaching in both powerlifting and weightlifting. The classes will provide you with one and a half hours worth of training each week, and allow you to take training into your own hands at other times with the help of tips and queues given by our coaches. 

The classes are open to all who wish to improve their lifting, no matter your skill level. Powerlifting is one session per week, with a mixed skill range, where our amazing coach, Josh, will individually watch and assess what you need to be changing or improving. Weightlifting is four sessions per week, and will be split between beginners and more advanced lifters, and only 45 minutes long. The weightlifting coach, Sandra, will determine if you need to switch between the beginner/advanced sessions.

The times of the sessions can be viewed below, equally, these sessions can be purchased in the products sub page. Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before your session to allow enough time for stretching and warming up!
