What do we do?
Wednesday Roll-Up
A weekly roll-up at Bath Golf Club with tee times starting from 1:30 PM. The format changes weekly to keep things interesting. Sign-ups are posted every week on our Instagram (@uobathgolf).
Christmas Jumper Texas Scramble
A festive 9-hole Texas Scramble in December, with mixed-ability teams. Prizes for the winning team, nearest the pin on the 3rd hole, and the ugliest Christmas jumper. The event concludes with drinks and a mini-presentation in the clubhouse.

Refreshers 4BBB
A post-exam 18-hole four-ball-better-ball competition in February, with prizes for the winning team and nearest the pin on the 14th. Drinks follow in the clubhouse.
Beesting Championship
An annual matchplay knockout event open to all society members. We hold a scratch and handicap league.
Winter League
An inter-society four-player team league with matches every two weeks.
Away Days
Typically in March, we organise away days, with past trips to Cumberwell Park Golf Club in 2023, the Player's Club Bristol in 2024, and Thornbury Golf Club in 2025. Stay updated on our Instagram (@uobathgolf) for more details.

Down the Plug Hole
A mixed university day at Bath Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole Texas scramble, followed by a buffet and DJ in the clubhouse. In 2023, 78 players from 8 different universities participated. It’s an event not to be missed!!
Golf Fun Days
For those looking for more social, non-competitive golf, we organise fun days throughout the year. For example, in Semester 1, we had a trip to Thornbury Golf Club to use their Trackman range.
