We have 2 training sessions a week, all in the STV dojo:
- Wednesdays @ 8-10pm
- Fridays @ 6-8pm
- Saturdays @ 3:30pm-5:30pm (This is currently flexible to change - keep an eye out on our sign up page, emails to see when this is on!)
All beginners are welcome to take part in training sessions, your first two weeks are free. Just turn up to the dojo in loose clothing, such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. Come along and give it a go!
Sports Training Village Directions
To reach the dojo, enter the STV (Sports Training Village) which is located in the south-eastern part of the university campus. Head past the fitness suite and then down the stairs towards the reception desk, once you've passed through the barriers turn left straight away and keep heading straight, the dojo is at the end of the corridor.
NOTE: Changing rooms and lockers are located in the corridor if you need them.
