If you drove to the airfield and back, you can reclaim your fuel cost from the University of Bath to the airfield and back.

Student Expenses App 📱
Use the Student Expenses App to submit your mileage claim. It sounds like a lot, but after you've done it once, it becomes really fast! Follow the steps below carefully.
Download the
Student Expenses App and log in or create an account using your Bath email credentials.
Go to Settings, then Bank Details, and fill in your bank details.
Return back to the home page.
Press the Expenses button on the bottom left.
Press New (bottom right).
Set Club or Society to Gliding and Entry Type to Personal expense.
Set the Claim date to the date you are filling the form out.
Set Currency to GBP Pound Sterling.
Set the Reference to: GLI73030 - [FULL NAME] - [TODAY'S DATE DD-MM-YY] in capitals.
Press Details at the bottom.
Press Add (bottom right).
Select Expense Type as Car Mileage SA.
Select the Line date to the day you went gliding.
Press Journey. Turn on Return Journey. Set Journey Start to University of Bath and Journey Destination to Bath Wilts and North Dorset Gliding Club. This should calculate to £11.50.
Add a Description of: [Full Name] drive to the airfield and back.
Press the check arrow on the top right to save as a draft.
Press Submit for Approval and select a member of the committee.

Financial Request Form 📝
Open the financial request form using the button below. You can type directly into it in Google Chrome. Fill in the following fields only, everything else can be left blank:

Once completed, press the Download button (top right on Google Chrome) and select With your changes. Then email the PDF to sufinance@bath.ac.uk.
